Good news! Our Xperia™ X10 mini has been awarded "European Mobile Phone 2010-2011" by the European Imaging and Sound Association (EISA). It has been chosen for its unique combination of compact size and excellent performance with a comprehensive range of features. The jury singled out the Xperia™ X10 mini as their number one mobile phone due to its style and design features and the easy way you can use it to communicate with just one hand. We feel very honored since the jury consisted of editors from 50 special interest magazines across Europe.
Over time, the relationship people have with their mobile phones has changed significantly. Most of us have moved away from using them as pure communication tools to creating a more personalised entertainment experience. As a result, mobile phones were growing in size. In Sony Ericsson we have identified the need for a compact and powerful mobile phone with all the benefits that come from a smartphone platform. It feels great that this is recongnized by the industry as well as our customers.
